Not really, I found fallout NV really terrible. I hope fallout 4 will be good for people who like the franchise but I have a feeling that it is going to fail for some reason... -|Heavy Panzer on the prowl|-

@Night You might up 3 with New Vegas, 3 was the one that wasn't for fans and New Vegas was going back to its roots.
