I actually agree with Roblox's decision to stop NBCs from making shirts in Groups. It was, pretty much, a bug. Not a feature. Instead, we could make it so that you need to pay a price to make a shirt (and pants). I'm not too sure what the price will be, and I'm not even sure if this is a good idea. But it could also stop people from copying shirts and stuff, seeing as they actually need to pay.
