Introduction Roblox Special Forces Military Police (otherwise referred to as MP) is the sole division with the responsibility of maintaining the standards of RSF throughout all of RSF regardless of rank. The MP Division shall act and serve as an Elite Division, in which its members shall serve as the ideal role models of the RSF. The layout of how the Military Police shall run and operate shall be lay forth within this guide. ⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆ II. Code of Conduct The following guidelines set forth shall be the standard rules of engagement for members of the Military Police, and shall also set forth how others who desire to join the Military Police must act to achieve access or retain access to this division. All Military Police enforcement of rules shall be based on the RSF handbook: http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=155650822 Section 1 Guidelines 1. The Military Police overall job is to maintain order through gathering evidence, not by getting directly involved. 1.1 Military Police shall only engage in activities that are within their duties of the Military Police rank; Ex. Officers shall only keep a watchful eye on things and gather evidence. 1.2 Military Police do not have the authority to override an high rank officer, however Military Police can suggest to the High Rank Officer that may be erring on the wrong side of the rules of RSF conduct. 1.3 Military Police shall uploaded all evidence that they gathered onto an alternative format that is provided by the Military Police command, and onto an account that is provided by the Military Police itself. If the evidence is not able to be uploaded to the alternative format that we provide, then it shall be uploaded to YouTube or another source. 1.4 Any tampering with evidence that is provided to the Military police may lead to expulsion from the Military Police. and/or punishment in RSF itself, depending on the severity. 1.5 When providing evidence to a superior within the Military Police, you are not permitted to give your opinion on the situation within the report. The report is designed to be copy and pasted up the chain of command when necessary. All Opinions should be kept separate. 1.6 If there is an conflict of interest within a case, then Military Police members are to immediately inform another Military Police member. 1.7 It is the sole responsibility of the on duty MP, to ensure that any evidence that is presented to others within the Military Police is truthful to their knowledge. 1.8 Military Police are forbidden from divulging information to people that are involved in an ongoing case, and only Captains and the Director may provide information to people outside of the Military Police, or to the Field Marshal and/or Leader of RSF. 1.9 Military Police are expected to be active members of RSF, and doing their duties that are assigned to them, failure to be active, or complete duties may result in disciplinary action. 1.10 Military Police are expected to put their duties of being an regular RSF member ahead of the duties of the Military Police, that being said, if our base comes under attack, or something more important comes up, MP’s are expected to attend if they can. 1.11 Military Police that are off-duty are expected to still follow all MP regulations, and RSF regulations no matter what. 1.12 In the event that Military Police are granted admin abilities at RSF places, the Military Police are expected to behave themselves and refrain from using their admin abilities unless needed otherwise. Failure to maintain a mature level with admin will result in disciplinary action within the Military Police, as well as RSF itself. 1.13 Military Police will not investigate into a person without a probable cause, and will not falsely spread rumors about people that might be under investigation. 1.14 Military Police that are on probation/under review are to not act as an Military Police or use the Military Police influence in any way while under probation/review. Section 2 Disciplinary Process The Military Police is an elite group, and therefore will hold itself to higher standards and therefore has a Zero Tolerance Policy with regards to our own members breaking rules, in the event that an MP is found to have tampered with evidence, provided an false statement knowingly, and/or gone against the purpose of the Military Police, then the accused will be brought up on disciplinary action, which will be carried out by the Captains and Director of the Military Police.The disciplinary process shall be as followed; Accused shall be summoned to a room/call with the Captains and Director of the Military Police. Evidence shall be examined, and reviewed. Statements from the accused shall be heard. Captains and Director shall voice their opinions. Punishment/Decision shall be carried out. Section 3 Military Police Access In this section, the access of the Military Police shall be defined, and set unless otherwise stated by a leader of RSF or by a Captain, and/or Director of the Military Police. The RSF Military Police will have access to any normal event held in RSF, as well as any division events (excluding the Royal Parliament), provided they have the written permission (PM/Skype) of one of the following approval authorities. - A RSF General or Higher. - A Military Police Captain or higher. (Note: A MP Captain/Director can overrule a RSF General+ in this regard.) 2. Host of events, do have the right to request an Military Police member to leave and to have another Military Police member to come to their event if they believe that the Military Police that is currently at their event is either; Disruptive. Breaking the MP Code of Conduct. 3. Military Police are allowed to enter trainings on alternative accounts, however they are forbidden from claiming they are in the Military Police while they are on their alternative accounts,and any evidence that they gather must be submitted under their Military Police account name. They are also not allowed to enter any trainings that the alternative account would not be able to enter with its current rank. Section 4 Retaliation Being apart of the Military Police, it is the responsibility of the members to record all rule breaking, even if it is done by a higher rank. Though this may bring some resentment upon the members of the Military Police, the Military Police shall be provided the right to be protected from retaliation from other members of RSF, and any action taken against a member of the Military Police, such as exile or demotion, and shall be reviewed by the Captains and Director of the Military Police as well as with the leaders of RSF. ⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆ III. Rank Descriptions ⋆ Officer: The Officer is the entry position of the Military Police, whose primary duty is to keep a watchful eye on the group and events, and is required to take screenshots of any issues. ⋆ Sergeant: The supervisors of Officers. When an Officer has evidence, they will present it to a Sergeant, and the Sergeant will make the call on whether or not to pass it up. To advance to this rank; you must have spent time in the Military Police and have learned how to judge things correctly. ⋆ Lieutenant: Members of this rank have gained their trust from Captains and the Director. To obtain this rank, you must be active and report many significant issues to Captains or the Director. Lieutenant are to keep order within the Military Police division of Roblox Special Forces and are expected to be on their best behavior at all times. ⋆ Captain: The second and third in command of RSF’s Military Police. Members of this rank are highly trusted and is trying their hardest to improve RSF. Captains are responsible for overseeing all of the Military Police while the Director may be gone, and are responsible with handling disciplinary action along side of the Director and the leaders of RSF. ⋆ Director: The director oversees all operations within the Military Police and is the acting authority to issue punishments. The Director answers only to the Field Marshal and Leader of RSF in regards to MP duties and actions. ⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆⋆ IV. How to Join. The RSF Military Police is an exclusive division and therefore it is important to meet the requirements that have been set forth by the division, and it is also exclusively up to the current members of the Military Police on whether or not someone is accepted into the Military Police even if they meet the requirements. The requirements are as followed; 1. Must be a known member of RSF. 2. Cannot have been reprimanded in the prior month. 3. Must have the support of two current Military Police to be considered for review. 4. Cannot be involved in any ongoing Military Police Cases. 5. Must be dedicated to the overall betterment of RSF and it's community. A. Exemptions The Director of the Military Police withholds the right to extend an invitation for the MP’s to any member within RSF, and the Director and Captains also holds the right to remove any MP’s that are believed to be unfit for the duties of the Military Police. B. Application Process In the past things have no always worked out well, therefore it is essential that all RSF Members that are applying should be knowledgeable about the Military Police, and it is required to go through the application process or be invited into the Military Police. Step 1: Being Informed Ensure that you have read the guide for the Military Police. Step 2: Send in an Application We of the Military Police desire people that are truly going to add onto our division and not decrease our reputation, and sully our divisions name. It is my goal to be able to achieve greatness within the RSF community while providing an example to other clan members on how to act. P.S. I do not remember the exact date I joined. Step 3. Send Application In. You are required to send in any application to either the captains or the Director of the Military Police, and you are not to ask high ranks outside of the Military Police with help to get into the MP division, for the MP Division is separate from RSF itself, while only answering to those stated in the Jurisdiction section of this guide. Step 4. The Uniform is authorized at all RSF events and places. Jurisdiction The Military Police shall be exempt from high ranks orders as long as the Military Police member is fulfilling his or her duties that correspond with the Military Police guidelines and is not causing the problems themselves.
