tshirt and shirts and pants were aload to be made by why dont they let the users make the hats. if they did this feature it could make users happy. they can make a custome with the hat for it. roblox doesnt have to make all of the hats

Scenario: UsernameBob123 joins ROBLOX. He sees a hat he likes in the catalog, but it's too expensive. Even buying BC, it's way over priced! This hat is the Dominus Messor. He sees a free model of that exact hat! He puts it into the Studio, uploads it, and has a free Dominus. Also, more moderation would be required, which requires more money. GG. Next!
