Alright, now I see what you mean.
But, thinking from a business perspective, it's a bad investment for this to happen. Advertisements generate/make money for ROBLOX. ROBLOX is a business, they strive on money. Removing ads will damage profits.
Bad profits = overtime a shut down or higher prices. |

We don't want ads removed we want them to have a filter/look through the ads before having them posted on the website.

There are a few inappropriate off-site ads-all ROBLOX has to do is delete those. No damage to profits since there are still others. |

Clear your cookies and stop looking up bad things.
Adsense (google advertising program) senses what you like. Also, it doesn't take any brain cells to say "Mom/dad(whatever), this is just an advertisement, I am sorry." |

Also: I am aware that there is a Report Ad system, but when I see those ads and try to report them, there is no name or anything like that. Thus, we can't report those. |

roblox gets money from the offsite ads and also ads are based on your history
if you have no history then it will just choose a random one tho |
