I agree somewhat, that the Trainee 1's must get trained before they serve because most people won't know what to do. We have to have a purpose for the Trainee 1's. -Signed, FrozenPenguinz

I agree. Along with more trained, intelligent workers being behind the counter, this process will also weed out the inactive workers at that rank. The people who don't seem to agree must not want any challenge before they work here. I am a Trainee[1], and I am completely fine with this idea. More of a challenge, more fun! c: This is a great idea, Mr. President, and I support it all the way!
