Vote if items on the Catalog should go limited or not

I think we should be able to vote if items on the catalog should go limited or not. So instead of spamming the comment section on catalog items, saying "This should go limited!" or "This shouldn't go limited" we could just vote if the item should go limited or not if we want.

@above The reason why i think the voting should be disabled once an item has reached a specific number of sales is so that people don't vote on items with tens of thousands of sales, which would make the hat in question worthless because of the extremely high availibility.
