Lets say there is a game that you liked from when you just joined. You played it from updates and updates until the owner quit ROBLOX and left the game updated for YEARS. The game's script broke with more updates. You would want to fix it, right? Well TOO BAD BECAUSE YOU DONT OWN IT. Well why don't you just request to be the new owner of the game?
By requesting, admins will see how inactive the owner of the game is and judge if the requesting person should get the game. If someone does get the certain game, the game cannot get requested EVER again. Only the new owner has to be inactive. The owner has to be inactive for at least a year to be requested.
This will help bring the fun back in old games. |

and that the hacker leaves the account inactive for a year?

@MissMonster111: Scripts have been around long before you joined. And if you don't know how to script then learn. The hello world script is the default when you create a script. |

Scripting is the basis of game development. Are you implying scripts weren't included in 2005 roblox? Was it a board game? |

Situation: Some random person takes over and makes it even worse

THEN IT ISN'T BROKEN. THE GAME WOULD BE BROKEN IF THE SCRIPTS IN IT ARE BROKEN. IF YOU CAN'T SCRIPT, THEN YOU CAN'T FIX THE SCRIPTS. THE WHOLE IDEA OF IT IS TO REMAKE THE GAME, USING THE ORIGINAL CONCEPT. IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE EXACTLY LIKE THE ORIGINAL, THEN EVERYONE WOULD HATE YOU.

ROBLOX wasn't opened to the public until 2006, nub.
Scripts were added in pre-pre alpha ROBLOX (2004). Before that, ROBLOX was a game of chess. |
