I would just like to clear this up to everybody, Head Coaches and scrubs that live in cardboard houses like myself alike:
-- YOU CANNOT SIGN DRAFT PROSPECTS OR ACCEPT THEM ON YOUR TEAM.....YOU DRAFT THEM.
And more importantly,
-- IF YOU UNDECLARE FOR THE DRAFT, YOU DO NOT BECOME AN OFL FREE AGENT. YOU BECOME AN OCFA PLAYER, AND NEED >>MY APPROVAL<< TO JUMP TO THE OFL.
That eliminates the loophole where some coaches were intending on having top OCFA prospects drop out of the draft and efficiently be signed afterwards which results in them not using a draft pick for said player, which is obviously an unfair competitive advantage.
