This isn't a bad idea, but it COULD (emphasis) out of control if the same people keep winning over and over again.

First of all, seasonal & movie promotions are not like scavenger hunts. They are popular games endorsed by Roblox to become games to earn hats or gear. Take the Jurrasic Park promotion for example. It uses regular games that are popular to earn Jurrasic Park related gear.
Second of all, only 10,000 players will get any robux at all, not just the people who participate in the event. To see how tiny that amount of players are in comparison to the whole of roblox, I took the first 10 games on the popular page and added the number of players, that becomes 26878 players.

I don't see how this is ruining the concept of Builders Club. Sure, if an NBC spent all their time working all week to get up to a position in the top 100 leaderboard, they would get 1 day worth of BC robux, but that would be a lot of effort for a some virtual currency.
Secondly, in my suggestions for the rewards, I gave BC players an 5 times more Robux if they won a weekly challenge than an NBC. This gives NBC another incentive to buy BC because they would get more Robux if they won a weekly challenge. |
