Don't IP ban the *New* IP when a user got IP banned

Banning the new I.P can destroy someone account if they only have access to that account/I.P. A reason why we need to solve this issue is I.P ban the *user* not the I.P. Banning the new I.P will may block access to your friend/someones account if they are using that I.P. Another reason is trying to log on to another I.P will "BLOCK ACCESS TO PLAYERS THAT WANT TO TRY ROBLOX AS A GUEST". In conclusion please don't ban a new I.P when a I.P is already banned. Does anyone have support/concerns/questions about this?

You cant "IP" ban a user IP banning means that you dont let that specific IP access your website/server

Sorry...My apologies, Grammar mistake. What I mean is if they try to log on..the computer will be denied and the computer will not have access to ROBLOX.
