As you all know. I am Youtubespectacular and i'm running for Head Instructor. I went through this academy with knowing all the steps and the obstacles that you guys also went through. With that being said. Trainees, I expect that its takes weeks and weeks for you to finally join FBI. Its the HR's problem though. If I was head instructor. I would ask for a refered time that trainings are good for you. I will also help with figuring out the instructors that are active or inactive. This will help with trainings alot. We will know who best fits for the job and who doesn't. If you vote for me, I will help FBIA grow to a taller stance.
