So, I was thinking since people like to steal ad's.
I think a sue system would work heh. Basically if a group steals an ad and the prosecutor has evidence I think that the ad's ran for the group or place should be visible to moderators whenever a complaint is filed and the complaint actually holds evidence. And then the money put into the ad should be returned to the original owner of the ad. Also the original owner of the had has to present proof they are the original owner or if it was purchased they need evidence of the transaction.
