Turn commentary section into an item review

There isn't really a reason to keep the comment section since it's full of spam, so what about a rating system? This would be implented in catalog and game items. It would look like this: Rate: /10 Review: You would also be able to thumbs up/down the review. Reviews with the most thumbs ups will be at the top of the review section.
