Someone on the Suggestion and Ideas forum tazlked about the Copyright and Trademark logos... My friend just got word that the Starbucks group on ROBLOX is illegal using Copyright and Trademark without permission and illegally optaining money. Proof: http://www.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=164878578 Written in graffiti on a bridge in a park, do you ever have the feeling that you're a narb?

That won't do much unless ROBLOX suspects they will file a suit for trademark infringement. They probably won't.

Truth is, my friend actually has proof of the creator using DevEx illegally to obtain money and NOT giving it to Starbucks for legitamite credit. Written in graffiti on a bridge in a park, do you ever have the feeling that you're a narb?

Restaurant logos work a bit differently. The legal binding held by a restaurant logo is, specifically, distinguishing it from competitors. If someone made a restaurant named "MrDonald" and gave it a yellow 'M' with a different background design and font, McDonald's could sue over infringement of its logo. The use of the logo in a Starbucks group on ROBLOX won't hold up in court.
