my All-Star team shoulve done better!
our league is still pretty new (only 3 yrs old) but our Juniors team shouldve won at least ONE GAME!
we knew we wouldnt win the other 2 because we played 2 of the best leagues...
but our manager basically has NO KNOWLEDGE OF BASEBALL!
hes was only picked as manager because his kid wouldve made it no matter what! my dad easily wouldve done better!
one of our coaches played college ball and taught us some great stuff! =D but did our manager use that info? NO!
he did so many horrible things:
1. put lefties at shirtstop AND 2nd base!
2. took out out BEST pitcher after 20 pitches with 2 strikes on the batter just to save him for tomorrow! (wouldnt have mattered anywyas)
3. played his reg. season team the most! (i was better at left field but he put his left fielder there instead and HE WAS WORSE he just had a good game that day) well thats a first]
4. he put our best pitcher back in and he did horrible because he felt bad that he was taken out!
5. he did a double steal with one of our slower runners and that ENDED THE GAME!
ANY OTHER MANAGER WOULDVE DONE BETTER! EVEN THE MOST "HATED" ONE BECAUSE HE WOULD AT LEAST LISTEN AND KNOWS BASEBALL BETTER! |
