Hello,
My 7 year old account TreeBranch was recently terminated (Friday June 12th) for breaking the Terms of Service for "Account theft". After some research, I figured out I had traded for scammed items a couple weeks previously. In fact, I traded my Duke of The Federation for about 7 items, in two separate trades, and the guy I traded with had to give me 3 of the 7 items for "free" in a trade in order to complete the multi trade. However, ROBLOX admins thought it was a transfer, and thus thought I was the guy who had stolen the items. Apparently, the guy I traded with, ExodusOfTheLastGod, had keylogged iWorldBoss out of 1M+ robux value in items. Exodus then contacted me through Steam and negociated with me about the trade we did, but I was not aware his items were stolen.
I have emailed ROBLOX many times trying to get my account appealed, I lost 2M robux with that termination for absolutely no reason, and ROBLOX does not want to reply to my appeals for some reason.
Please, can anyone help me?

Actually, roblox DOES read their emails, I sent them a email and they responded withing 24 hours.
And, roblox is getting a lot of emails, so please, be patient |

Did you trade for scammed items without knowing it as well? When did it happen?

Bummer, man. I really hope you get your account back. They should have a better way of checking for stolen items rather than just terminate the guy who recieved the items. You had no way of knowing. |

I understand them for banning people at any sign of doubt, but they shouldn't -TERMINATE- without being 100% sure. I mean, they should at least disable the account for a temporary investigation, at least look back at the trades in cases like these.
