Back in the day, we had something called Insert tool, where you go to your game with your friends at your place and you could have your insert tool which it allows you to insert your own models in your own place in public. This is different than Studio insert, where you just go to free models box and find any model. In the old insert tool, you would get a model from free models and you would insert what you got into your game in front of your friends. I think this was removed for an excuse to make the Stamp tool saying the Insert tool was broken which was a lie.
Please support this, Insert War games were fun also and now completely unable to play because Roblox removed the Insert tool. |

And people have attempted so many times to actually fix the insert tool but have failed a lot in which they just gave up trying to fix it. The insert tool looked like a blueprint that was a tool where you could insert models in-game with your friends. |

No support. ROBLOX PURPOSELY broke it so exploiters couldn't ruin someone's game. The tool still works, but only if the models are owned by ROBLOX or the game creator. |

That's not how they used the insert tool to exploit man. The insert tool was literally a tool where you grabbed on to it like the delete or copy wand tool. The way they exploited was they literally used Studio Mode and used the insert tool inside studio mode. |

ive seen multiple tools do this, by inserting a model id, GetModel & placement, its difficult, but scriptable. |

It was removed because it was being heavily exploited, it was really easy to destroy any game that offered you an insert tool. The direct reason it was removed, was when people started using lag machines and server killers and such. It would actually slow roblox down alot and could even freeze other users computers.

The insert tool I'm talking about is not the insert tool that is used in Studio mode, that was the way how people exploited models into games, by using the toolbox inside Studio mode by literally using Studio mode in-game. I'm talking about the insert tool where you had a tool inside your starterpack which looked like a blueprint scroll tool. What do you not understand of something so simple? That blueprint scroll tool thing was not how people exploited. The way people exploited was they glitched studio mode into in-game and used studio mode that way to insert models while in-game using studio mode. The insert tool I'm talking about is literally a blueprint icon starterpack tool. |

I hope you realize that the two work exactly the same way, as it uses the InsertService to put new objects in the workspace.

Not scriptable because Roblox completely broke the script to be able to use the insert tool sir. You cannot fix the insert tool, only Roblox can, in which they completely destroyed it to make an excuse that it is already been broken, but they were the one who broke it. And for that they made the stamp tool to hide their excuses. Just like how they brought DevEx to hide TwoShue's ban. He got deleted for using the DevEx when it wasn't released yet. |

TwoShue wasn't banned for using DevEx before it was released, he was banned for trading real currency in return for ROBLOX assets. That's an entirely different thing.
Also, I agree with others - this is not good. This can be used for exploiting. It *was* heavily used for exploiting. I am from 2010, and I know the exact tool you are talking about. I am not making a mistake.

THe insert tool is still here, They've changed the insert tool due to hackers/exploiters.
Now, the only way to insert a model with insert tool is if you have said model in your inventory. Some crazy InsertService() stuff, you know?
No support, because then this would allow hackers with Level 7 exploits, (Such as Rosploit, Nyx, Seven,etc) have the ability to insert their own insert tool from the ROBLOX catalog and then just get whatever crazy model they have and insert it into the game. |
