Preamble: This bill will allow congressional members to be well protected at NUSA places until the USCP is up and standing on it's feet, it'll also give the SS more of a purpose due to lack of VIP(s) to protect.
Section I:
(1) If passed, this bill will allow congressional members (optional) to request for at the minimum of 1 SS agent when in any NUSA place, the SS must then comply.
Conclusion:
(1) This bill will allow congressional members to be protected at NUSA places up until the USCP is up and running and acting as they should, this will also give the SS more of a purpose, since many VIP officials don't go in-game nor request SS protection.
