I don't think so.. I think the ROBLOX Staff came up with this idea.. or one of the front page devs. came up with it .. I don't really know..

I dont know who came up with the consept but the roblox admins put it into play. and did all the coding for it which honestly to me looked like A LOT of work. gg no re roblox
