Well, by this I mean,
Say you buy one of those hats (etc.) and you just don't like it. There should be refunds, so you can turn in that hat (etc.) you don't want anymore and get your Robux/tix back. |

This has been a very common suggestion but it always ends the same
Why should roblox refund you? You chose to buy that hat or gear! If you could return stuff people could buy something wear it for a month get bored of it and then just buy something new with the same money. If this idea was in play roblox would have no new money coming into circulation because people would be content they could literally have every hat in the catalog (just at a different time). With no one needing robux roblox would have no one buying bc or robux and therefor loose AT LEAST a quarter of there income
I personally don't waist money on hats I only invest in limiteds because my money will come back from that |

Kind of agree... But for those really cheap hats/gear you can buy for 1 tix, you would probably not get anything. (Unless Roblox is dumb enough to offer the same or even higher price) |

@Cool I also forgot this, I didn't mean for people to get tired of it or something, I meant those crappy hats you buy that go completely through the hair or that is placed way above your head.
Also, stop calling me greedy, I only thought of this because I was looking in my inventory and half the hats I own I can't even wear with the girl hair ._. But I do agree with some some of you. |

Mxddison just make sure you like the hat before you buy it. I understand not liking things you got but if this system was put in place it would be abused
Simply put admin into your game and say :hat me (hat ID) to test if it is something you would like or not |

But you'll need to have a limit of refunding per account.
League of Legends have a refund feature, and i believe steam have a refund feature as well. Why not ROBLOX?

In real life, refunds tend to not be "because I don't want it anymore", they're normally when the thing you buy is damaged or you didn't buy what was advertised.
You know what you're buying, and what you're buying is not damaged. |
