One time I bought this outfit but it turned out there was problem so I deleted it from my inventory, Why can't we have refunds for like that hat that looks horrible on us or the outfit that looks horrible

I would say support, but only on hats. Seeing as clothing is made by fellow ROBLOXians. I have had this problem before with hats, and have thought about this.

if you know how to use studio you can test anything before you buy it roblox only provides refunds in the event of lets say an account gets haxed
