Follow these three moral guidelines and you shall succeed.
Remember, while one may do many great deeds, those deeds can be wrong by a single foul action.
DUTY:
The duty every soldier of Aquilium carries is to their people. A nation cannot stand if those who support it are weak. The responsibility of a good Aquilian is to respect the banner under which they serve, respect their emperor and, respect themselves. It is the individual power each Aquilian holds that supports a mighty empire. Carry out your duty, and we shall be carried to victory.
Always wear your uniform to events. When you are in uniform, you are representing the Empire. Respect yourself and your reputation, as well as the Empire. Do not act foolish or you shall be punished. This is not to say have no fun. This is to say have fun, however, remember that you shall be judged on all actions not only by your superiors, but by your peers as well. Do not lower the reputation of others at your own expense. This is not the way of Aquilium.
See your comrades as fellow Aquilians as your family. Understand that while there is personal glory to be gained, it is always better to spread your glory amongst your comrades. Always support those who serve the same Emperor without question. We are comrades, we are brothers and sisters in arms. Never betray, never insult, never deceive a fellow Aquilian. By supporting one another, we shall grow and prosper.
The golden rule. Learn respect, show respect. Think before you act, do not commit to an action that you think may bring about consequences.
OBEDIENCE:
In order for the Empire to survive, we must act as a unit. This cohesion can only be accomplished by maintaining respect and unity among the ranks. To maintain a level of professionalism, order must be maintained and enforced. The Empire functions as a single entity comprised of its brave Aquilians. Especially in combat, soldiers must follow their commanders to victory, as each individual plays a crucial role in the outcome of a battle. In order for the Empire to survive, all must abide by the laws and codes of the Empire.
One must always follow the orders given to them by their commanders. No individual is exempt from this code of honor and respect. Failure to follow orders leads to confusion and inefficiency and shall result in subsequent punishment. However, if the order is extremely unreasonable, the commander is at fault and shall be punished.
One must not disrespect their commanders by foolish or insulting means. No trolling your leaders, no foul speak.

LOYALTY:
An Aquilian has their loyalty tied to their people and their Emperor. As the Empire strives to achieve greatness, this can only be accomplished by the combined will of its people. For us to achieve glory, all must be willing and loyal to the Empire. We function as a whole, to disrespect or betray one individual is to betray the entire Empire. You do not threaten the well being of the state. You must be loyal to your people, willing to assist and support your comrades whenever they are in need. We are a people who shall strive to raise one another and stand tall together, rather than stand alone.
What happens in the Empire is for Aquilians to know only. Do not leak valuable information.
Harming a fellow soldier is forbidden, unless a friendly training or spar. Never harm a fellow Aquilian out of anger.
Love the Empire. Give to the Empire, and you shall receive from the Empire.
