As of today, Royales declares war upon Private154 Army. I believe this war can help the two clans both get stronger and more experienced. PA you have until 7/5/15 to decide whether or not you want to partake in this war or not.

We want this war to be a 1v1, so a Royales & PA only script must be implemented into both bases.
These are the proposed war terms, I am open to negotiations.
- First to 10 raid wins, defense wins will not count toward the war score
- Allies will not be able to partake in the war
- All base rules will be followed
- Raids from 11:00 PM EST - 8:00 AM EST will not count toward the war score
- Exploited servers will not affect the war score
- If admin abuse occurs, and there is valid proof of the abuse, it will be counted as 1 win for said side.
- No updates to any fort unless both sides agree to it
- All raids must be defended no matter what
- If either clan breaks these terms MULTIPLE times, said side can claim an unconditional victory
