Section 1 - Customers :
General
- First class badges reset on 1st of May every year, you will have to purchase the new badge to be able to board as first class.
- Do NOT ask for group funds.
- If you feel a staff member is abusing PM iTzBobGaming.
- We reserve the right to exile any user for any reason at any time.
Flights
- All first class customers must wear there purchased tickets on flights or will be given economy class.
- All customers must sit in the correct class, if not they will be warned and then kicked if they refuse to move.
- We will not TP any customers while the plane is moving, We will only TP when we're parked or cruising.
Section 2 - Staff :
Captains
- If you feel your internet is slow or your computer is lagging, do NOT fly.
- Always do a small test run to check you're lag - free.
- Always sit before anyone else in the plane, once somebody else is in do NOT jump out of your seat.
- You should always try your best at making smooth landings, take-off's and turns so the passengers stay comfortable.
- If you suddenly get lag mid flight do your best at making an emergency landing.
First Officer's
- Always do what the captain tells you to do, if you feel he/she is wrong let a HR know.
- Always remember your training!
Flight Attendants
- If a First Officer / Captain / HR tells you to do something you follow it!
- Always remember to check all doors are closed during take-off, cruise and landing.
- Make sure all passengers are sitting in the right classes, if a passenger does not have the correct name or badge warn them before kicking.
Section 3 - High Ranks :
General
- COO & Above may host flights at any time without permission, Board of directors must get permission from COO or Above.
- ALWAYS follow the higher rank.
- Board of directors and above may promote people to captain and below without permission.
Power
- Board of director and above may demote ANY rank lower than them as long as they have valid reason ALWAYS remember to send jakubkessel123453 or iTzBobGaming a demotion report.
- If you feel a pilot is lagging you may refuse to let them fly.
- If you need assistance with something you may ask any staff member to do it aslong as you feel they're up to it.
