1. Faction Leadership
===================================================================================================
Leaders are chosen by consensual vote. You are up for candidacy by sending in an application stating your wishes, plans, and how you can impact the community. Requirements vary from faction to faction.
ALL leaders MUST have skype. PM this to FalloutFactions.
All leaders must have their primary group as their faction, or FoW.
If you are inactive as a leader, you will be ousted from your post within 5 days notice. Inactivity will be judged by a majority of our Faction Authority.
All factions MUST be owned by FalloutFactions; however, any nd all so called divisions can be under your ownership. To make them official, notify us as to what it is, and ally it with the mother group.
If we have left out a faction group that you are interested in seeing in our community, please by all means, tell us. We will consider adding it to the community.

2. Council

Council members are elected by the community. Council candidacy will be put up by one or more of the council. You cannot be in any faction, or affiliated with such to be eligible for council. You must be well-known as a roundabout good member in the community, and of course, have a fairly good fallout know-how.

3. Rules and Regulations

You cannot be in more than one faction. If you are, you will be ineligible to become a high ranking member in either.
Keep off-topic conversations off the wall. If you aren't talking about fallout, we don't want to see it.
To join a faction, simply send a request to any official group. All factions will be marked with their custom tag, and under the ownership of FalloutFactions. This is to minimize the chance of AA'ing and to keep orderly leadership.
Wars, alliances, negotiations, ceremonies, and all other faction doings will be under the faction leader's jurisdiction. The faction authority will not interfere with your activity.
The soon-to-come game 'Nuclear Winter' will contain all of the main factions areas and centers, however, of course for your own benefit you can host and utilize your own places at your leisure. NW is to promote activity, and you are not constrained to it.
No trolling, exploiting, false-advertising, and improper demeanor will be tolerated. Keep it fun, we aren't here for griefers.
