EFFECTIVE: July 13th, 2015 at Midnight Ranking;Training;Discipline Dear The Robloxian Cops, As Commissioner it is my sworn duty to inform you all of these new upcoming policies which will effect how TRC operates from July 13th forward. LOW-RANKS; The changes for them will be the following; -TRC Cadets will not be able to patrol in Rockport Cites. -TRC Cadets will have specialized training's, meaning they will not be allowed/expected to attend training's for Officers+. -If an Officer of TRC is suspended for whatever reason that violates our Rules & Guidelines he or she will be demoted back to cadet so they can relearn in a specialized Cadet Training how to be a proper TRC Officer. The above is not to punish our low ranks but to only better ourselves and the lives of the people we server. That is not only the following policy going into effect July 13th. Also for Middle-Ranks a policy will be going in. The following changes are for Middle-Ranks; -If an MR is suspended and it is approved by an SAC of TRC he or she will be demoted to Captain. -If a Captain has been suspended more than once it is possible for he or she to be demoted. Again, this is to better TRC and better its MR's who have a lot of freedom (Weapons, Chain of Command, etc). The idea behind that is so we have better preforming MR's so by the time they hit HR we have a great TRC member not someone who doesn't meet to par. Now along with all this HR's will be better watched by me and the High-Command. Following change's for HR's will take place: -If a CS gets suspended (For reasons that go against R&G) its an automatic demotion to Superintendent, it only shows they aren't ready to lead a training and possibly goto the next step and become a HC. -If a CS is demoted, they loose the ability to become a CS again for 30 Days from the day they were demoted. -If a Superintendent is Suspended they cannot become a CS for at least 45 days from the day they were suspended. -If a Superintendent is suspended more than once in a 90 Day Period he/she will be demoted to Commander. (As above if suspended again follow the MR Policy) I hope this betters TRC for our feature and I really hope to be seeing a better TRC soon! Mariodragon102, TRC Commissioner

Mario this will help TRC be smarter than expected and will help us be better than before!!! , This is History to TRC's future and it will help out TRC and continuing this method will help TRC turn from alot suspended to 0 suspended this method is strict with alot of displine which will really help TRC.
