Hello RDPS! My name is XxDeathStalkerxX325 and I'm running for RDPS Instructor! I am currently Rockport Fire Department. I was FD for about 1 month and I'm loving it! Would you like to know how active I am? If so well here they are.
Why should I be instructor?
I should be an instructor because I am super active and willing to host 2-4 tryouts a day. I should also be an instructor because there's really only tryout's,but if I got this position I would also be doing training's so that EMS,FR and FD know what there doing. Why should I do training's? We should be doing training's because there is FD now and people are bringing ladder truck's to an MVA when they should be bringing a pumper truck.
What will I do if I got instructor?
I would be hosting lots of training's and lots of tryout's and shift's. I would also be at the city's making sure the people are doing there job correctly. If not I would make sure that they get suspended so that they don't hurt anyone or making anyone in danger. I would also try to stop the disrespect in city's and tryout's so that the citizens don't complain about that.
Previous experiences
My other jobs that could help me is that I was an RDOT Instructor for 1 term. I was also an HR District Chief in Hayward FD.
Why I have more skills then others:
I have excellent grammar.
I am super active.
I have excellent Leadership.
I am mature.
I am not abusive and I would abuse on anyone or to anything.
Medical Knowledge:
So that if we have a fire or big MVA we would do something called a triage. A triage is something where they put people in groups to see who needs the most medical attention. Also if someone hurt there back or neck we would put on something called a "C-Collar" A C-Collar is something where they put on your neck in-case you hurt your neck or back.
Well thanks for reading my speech! Have a good day!
