Support, I think it would be cool like you said to search for "User2" and see all the changes that happened to them. Promotions, demotions, etc.

Support. I know what you mean, it'd be SUPER useful to have that feature. So when someone tells you they were demoted and don't know why or who demoted them, instead of asking a bunch of HRs to see who demoted the person you could just search the person's name to see who demoted them. It'd be really useful, taking into consideration that we encounter situations like this every day.
