Choosable Website Themes

I thing a way to stop the fighting of the website theme is you can allow users to choose it. By that I mean you can choose the old themes like from 2007 or for people who like the new theme, they can use the ones from 2013-2015. I just wanted to see if this is even possible, or a thing the community would like added.
