I've been in this situation before, and it is very frustrating when I feel the need to change the name of my group. All the time and resources I've put into it to make it successful is basically wasted. You can change your username for 1,000 R$, so why shouldn't you be able to change your group name? Support. Also, if your group is Content Deleted, you obviously wouldn't be able to change your group name. Use a bit of common sense.
