why not add a delete comment feture?

yes i know this will help scammers, but there can be ways to prevent that! when you delete a comment its not automatically gone. the comment will just say {deleted by owner} so that way if the developer deletes every comment about it being a scam then it will be obvious its a scam by seeing the amount of comments saying {deleted by owner} the owner will also have to wait 10 inutuies before deleteing anthor comment

I support this, but, 10 minutes before the developer can delete another comment? What if the comment section is filled with SCAMS?! If there were like 6 scams, and the developer had to wait 10 minutes to delete each scam, it would take about, oh I don't know, an hour? What about change it to 15 seconds ~PREPARE TO, Oh hi Mark!~
