(Note: There may have been a similar thread like this, but this one has an in-depth tutorial and understanding of using the playable keyboard piano.) There are two options if you want to play the virtual piano: Either simply go to this place to give it a try http://www.roblox.com/games/233727153/Keyboard Or if you want to play alone, just search up "virtual piano" on Google and click on the first thing that pops up. -- If you don't know what the virtual piano is, it is a piano that you can play from your keyboard. It's easy and simple to use, so I'll post a tutorial first, then a few songs and you can get started! (Songs are listed at the very bottom) [[Tutorial]] t u o s = Play each note after a short pause. tuos = Play note after note. [tuos] = Play these notes at the same time. If you can't play them at the same time, then play the notes very fast as if they're played together. {tuos} = Play these notes fast. - = Pause note t-u-o-s = half-beat pause [tu] - [os] = 1 beat pause [tuos] -- [sfhl] = 2 beat pause [sfhl] --- [tuos] = 3 beat pause t u o s = Same as half-beat pauses. t u o s = Same as 1 beat pauses. | = Long pause : = Continue to the next line below/Represents a letter to be played in the line below. (Example) t u o s : sfhl: [tuos][sfhl]-: [1580] --- [[[Advanced]]] -- Optional Section to Read (Just skip to the songs if you want to play) [[Using the Shift-Key]] You may see notes like: fDfDfDfads - [9pSf] - [^j] T o - y [uT] [tI] [ro] [tp] [PT] [ya][ya][ya] [wua][wai] When beginners see notes that require you to use the "Shift" key, they immediately get stumped and for good reason as well. In truth, the Virtual Piano can't play black keys and white keys at the same time. The only thing we can do to make the Shift key letters and lowercase letters play together, is by making it seem like we played them together. For example: To play [9pSf], imagine playing each of these letters individually, but very fast. You should picture: 9 p S f Try playing the note above without any bracket individually and practice playing it fast. Once you felt like you played them fast, try playing these notes below, but at a slow pace: y [uT] [tI] [ro] [tp] [PT] [ya][ya][ya] [wua][wai] Because of the "Shift" key, some music sheets may show something like [S9pf] [9pfS] [pdGL] Notice how the capital letters are shown from either the beginning or at the end of the lowercase letters. The reason for this is because as you continue playing the Virtual Piano- hitting the "Shift" key at either the beginning [S9pf] or at the end after the lowercase notes [9pfS]- can sometimes become a lot easier dealing with all capital letters within a note. Otherwise, you may play something like this [*uS] as opposed to doing this [u*S] The important thing to remember here, is repetition and practice. Once you get used to playing notes that require your "Shift" key, you'll be able to play Medium-Advanced difficulty music sheets! Start from easy to advanced difficulty and try to have fun! Play and enjoy! == [[Songs]] (Legend of Zelda: Fairy Fountain) h o s f D o k a j s f j h s d f j s g j H s d g f o s f d p a d (Chrono Trigger - Yearning of the Wind) z x [cy] [xp] [dl] j {Ez} i P z [efl] [uj] [gp] h [qsj] t [h0] T [f9] [ge] [jy] l [wfhx] u c o [tghl] o d g f x [cyj] [xp] [dl] j {Ez} i P z [efl] [uj] [gp] h [qsj] t [h0] T [f9] [ge] [jy] l [whx] [uz] [ol] z [yhjz] p f h G (Chrono Trigger - Peaceful Days) [8o] i u y [9i] u y t [9t] y u y [qe] [et] [5t] [5r] [8w] 0 [wu] 0 [6i] u [wy] t [4o] 6 9 [qy] [5y] 7 9 w [8w] 0 [wu] 0 [6i] u [wy] t [3o] 7 0 w r w [rp] a [6s] t [ua] [tp] [3o] w u w [qp] t o i [8u] w [7y] w [6t] [0r] [wt] [0u] y Q e t [5t] 6 7 9 [wy] q 0 [9o] [qp] t o p [5o] r y i [8i] w [qu] y T e [ey] u [9yi] e [qu] y [5et] 9 [wy] 9 [8t] w q w 0 w [8w] 0 [wu] 0 [6i] u [wy] t [4o] 6 9 [qy] [5y] 7 9 w [8w] 0 [wu] 0 [6i] u [wy] t [3o] 7 0 w r w [rp] a [6s] t [ua] [tp] [3o] w u w [qp] t o i [8u] w [7y] w [6t] [0r] [wt] [0u] y Q e t [5t] 6 7 9 [wy] q 0 [9o] [qp] t o p [5o] r y i [8i] w qu y T e [ey] u [9yi] e [qu] y [5et] 9 [wy] 9 [8t] 0 w q 0 u [9yi] e [qu] y [5et] 9 [wy] 9 [8t] 0 w q 0 q 0
