of that update where best friends became friends and friends became followers. You couldn't send someone a best friend request before that update, so why can you do it now?

I thought it was still "send friend request"? Werent best friend removed and just replaced by having a 200 friend limit?

Friends became followers people. Before that update you couldn't send a best friends request. Why can you do it now?

Let me try to explain again. After the update here's what happened Best friends became friends. Friends became followers. Since Friends = Bestfriends why can you send friend requests before being a follower? You couldn't send somebody a best friends request before the update.

I'm not, I'm being logical. You're pratically sending someone a best friend request now every time you send a friend request. Followers are meant to be regular friends.

Freinds Are friends FOLLOWERS ARE FOLLOWERS They only moved your best friends to your friends list because if they were followers it might be hard to find them again

No, the update made best friends friends and friends followers. All my friends were moved to the follower list and my best friends were moved to my friends list, and it happened to everyone else. Did you pay any attention to the update

There should really be an option to disable followers so no noobs spam people's followers.
