I am a rather good sword fighter and am proficient with guns. As far as weaknesses go I cannot think of any specific weaknesses right now but I do have many.

Order and respect, For me personally I keep myself very disciplined so as to not disturb the practices, this means I do not talk out of turn or behave immaturely. In the broad sense of the statement order and respect come out of respect for the High Ranks, not disobeying them and not making their job as leaders within the group harder. However these all apply to High Ranks in a slightly different manner. As High Ranks are the leaders of this group they must also be mature and wise in their doings as to show the example of how this group is meant to work, if LR/MRs see a High Rank goofing off during a training or other event then they will goof off as well and order within the event will be lost. Do not take what I am saying as being "Oh, well we have to be serious all the time! No fun at all STAND IN LINE!!" That is not what I mean, Roblox is a game and it is meant to be fun! In my opinion that fun is lost when things go crazy and there is pure chaos.
8) What does High Rank mean to you?
I said much of what High Rank means to me in the statement above but I will talk more about the Rank itself. Being a High Rank does not mean infinite power over the Robloxian Military. Being a High Rank means more responsibility to train and lead this great group. As such High Ranks should be Mature in their actions and firm in their disciplining. High Rank means to be a leader of something amazing and to help teach and foster the future leaders of this group all while having a blast playing the game.
That is what High Rank means to me.

P.S. I was a lieutenant Colonel on the RM back when the original group was scammed and we had to move. In the process of moving back however I lost my rank. I worked my way up to Sergeant Major in the new group and if I could keep that rank this time I would greatly appreciate it.

I joined this group since ages like the golden ages and I was not that well known at I used to enjoy the group when we used to do patrolling and I remember the old HR who put lots of dedication toward the group and I had a dream to be an HR in RM but since the group been losing members rapidly and all of the HR left and I was put in PoW I kept fighting my battles but I was kept on being demoted so I had no choice I closed my eye and left the group. My greatest strength's, is that I am good at RCL and SFT and agility (obbies), leadership, recruitment, financial. Well everyone is not perfect and if you don't have a weakness that mean you never tried anything new and my greatest weakness is dealing with hackers/scammers I can lose my temper sometimes when someone keep on being rude to me but I can keep it under control. Really.

Order and respect are the two most valuable things you need to know to be an HR. Order means you are ordering a person to do something to make them a better person. You must be gifted to have such power or control but you can never abuse the power. Respect is treat people the way you want them to be treated this is an classical way of describing it. But respect is an heavy gift who ever maintain it are true leaders who ever don't have it are nothing.

An HR mean to me as a role model you got to set an perfect example out toward the other LR and MR you have the high responsibility and you must maintain the responsibility what ever you do is going to affect you students because they take you as a role model and copy what you do. I want to join the Robloxian Military because I was in it before, I would very much like to remain in it as I saw the group as a serious group which takes it seriously, it's hard to come by groups like that.

I have been a part of many clans/groups that require discipline such as this one. I have been in the Noldor and I remember being part of another clan that was in alliance with RM, I cannot remember the name sadly.

Back when I was just playing for fun, I went to the "Popular Games" section and joined. There were 2 sides, Terrorists and Military. I despised being a Terrorist, even if it was a game, turns out, you could be a soldier if you joined the Robloxian Military. I joined so I could be in the Military side but I found that I got myself enrolled in something more. I did the Robloxian Military for quite some time then, stopped due to my account being "lost".

My Strengths: I am good with communications, I can take orders very well, I am clever and can organize good plans in battle, I am determined and dedicated, I shall be honest when questioned, I am optimistic.
My Weaknesses: I tend to joke at wrong times, I may be sarcastic at random moments, I can have a short temper, and I tend to be quite ambitious at times.
