They aren't being rude, you just don't know how games work. Hackers find a hole in the Roblox security and exploit it. Roblox will patch it and the hackers will find another hole to exploit.

Also, there's a good way to avoid being hacked by the fake "free robux" and "free OBC" scams. Ignore them.
