So, after mods ban someone, there is a 5 hour-5 day IP block on that person's account. Could reduce alts. Does not work on warnings.

IP block is nonsense. What if I was banned, and then for no reason that would also ban my hypothetical brother/sister (who does not exist) who was playing too and didn't do anything wrong.
