Part I- Introduction.
Hello fellow Americans, I've come to say my word into why I should be the next DHHS Director, but first, a little background information. I joined USA on 11/13/13, I have been in many agencies such as but are not limited to; DoD, DoS, DoT, SS, MHA, DCIS, USM, SF, DoT, DHHS, etc. I have been DHHS Deputy Director for about a year now, which improved my vast experiences, I have studied health in my school which gives me the best knowledge if a situation comes up including it. I am what any Director would need, I am determined, hardworking, honest, active, strict, and most of all, respectful. I give my respect to those that I personally honor and would praise due to their hard work that earns them any title of mine.
Part II- Changes.
Everyone thinks of DHHS as an inactive agency, well I completely disagree, but I have taken their words into consideration, I have reformed the agency down to 23 members, excluding Night, POTUS, and VPOTUS, there would be 20 members now. But it does not bother me because it lightens my mind that there are active members in the agency, and no the reformation didn't take one activity check, it went over the course of 2 weeks, and after that I tracked accounts down to see activity then, and it has been a strong positive correlation in the charts. I would do frequent activity checks, more trainings, more tryouts/interviews, and what any law enforcer would want, patrolling activity increase. Any rogue staff in my agency will NOT be tolerated, it would result in a suspension, my next warning would be expulsion, any corruption will automatically be corrected, there will be no complaints when I am Director and that is a promise.
Part III- Plans and Teams.
First off, if you came to DHHS for only a team, I will kindly ask you to leave before I just fire you. I just wanna make a point to EVERYONE. Agencies are not only about teams, you can ask for teams in other agencies, but in mine, do not dare ask me when you join or I will completely disband you from my agency. Don't think of this as a mean or screwed up move, think of it as a way to toughen up. For the time being there is a team at DC, but not LV. The LVCC has removed our team from the city and we are working hard to get our team back, anyone who can actually step up to the plate and help, I think of them as a worker and a dedicated person, hopefully we will get our once owned team back in our lovely city and restore all medical needs in it, it is my promise.

Part V- Conclusion.
All in all, I know I have the ability to lead my agency with an iron fist, I've been Deputy Director for about 2-3 months, and now it's my turn to step up, I'm asking for all the support I can get from this, and I'll give you my word that you will never regret your decision to help this downgraded agency to become the once remembered agency there was.
