I see these people with good builders and good scripters. Why? Sometimes it does not add up. I'm doing my best efforts to learn lua, But I now see 10 year olds with professional coders. God Damn Roblox Logic. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

I'm pretty sure it has something to do with making friends with a little bit (or lots) of money in it.

But what's stranger people post in these forums, and get one of out thin air. I've tried that tactic ten times. It never worked.

For my studio, I started the project alone. Which by having a game started that looks promising, others will want to join in. Plus the people who joined me I've talked to on teamspeak, and we got to know each other a bit. None of the people working in my studio are getting payed, not until the game is released.

Basically, people don't want to join studios that have nothing done yet, and be expected to do a lot. They want to know their leader isn't just sitting there lazy expecting everyone else to do it. Unless they get paid a lot, thats usually a different story, but this is based off of my experience.
