I think if we have something in our inventory that we don't want anymore and we delete it we should get full refund on it, because it's kinda of a waste.

Hell no. If you are referring to clothes, the creator would keep the money while you refunded and got a portion or no money at all back.
For hats, probably a small portion. :P |
