How do I control what gets streamed to the client. So that way when players are exploring a large area objects don't appear to pop out at them?

I don't know if this is a good start, but I found reset and spawning in a perviously unloaded area will load it quickly and from a good distance.

This happens when you are on low graphics its to make game run smoother by decreasing the draw distance and you cant control what gets streamed whole game gets loaded at once if you turn your graphics high enough everything will be right there
