i also need braces (i dont know if it's a genetic thing because my whole family has had/needed braces at one point or maybe we all suk at dental care) but for some reason my parents keep stalling or something.. not sure if it's expensive?// |

She probably got her glasses from a warehouse retailer like Costco or Sam's Club and thought the frame price meant the entire price of the glasses. You pay for the frames, your insurance pays for the lens, which is like $300-400 lol |

I got my glasses from Walmart.
If i got them from the place where i got my eyes tested, the cheapest i could get them for was about 500 bucks, because it hasn't been a year since i last got new glasses, so insurance couldn't kick in.
My mom said to get contacts when it's fall so my allergies dont mess the up, plus i need them for hockey

i get my glasses from places like Walmart too.
i have had the same glasses for 5 years though.
for soccer i just took them off, i was able to play fine with the blurriness.
for baseball i was a catcher and i took them off when in the squat. i caught the ball fine i just couldn't see the spin. when i was batting i had my glasses on though. |

whenever i wear contacts i get a really bad burning sensation in my eyes.
so it's a no go for me to wear contacts. |

I also get a bad burning sensation in my eyes too when I put them in but after 5 minutes or so it goes away. Plus I like contacts way better because when I wear them with my headset it doesn't annoy me to fix the headset and put it in a better position with them |

My dads eye site is so abd he has to wear contacts with glasses. He's had glasses since he was 8 |

a puck is a pretty small object that is going all sorts of different directions. you should get them.
i was okay with soccer because the ball is as big as my head, not hard to lose from a lil blurriness. and in baseball i know the ball is coming at me and i know exactly what the pitch is so it was actually really easy to catch without my glasses. |
