Recently, ROBLOX has added the 'Clan' option to groups on ROBLOX, allowing each group to buy a Clan for their group for 500 robux.
However I would like to suggest that a 'Division' tab will be added. Of course, this is mainly a thing I'd see being intended for the groups that partake in clan warfare, such as The Roblox Assault Team and The First Encounter Assault Recon, just to mention the two, currently biggest clans, on ROBLOX.
The reason that I propose this update is because, currently, the people who partake in clans waste their group space on divisions, such as elite divisions, developer divisions, high rank and high command divisions, which hinders No Builders Club users and regular Builders Club users to partake in many more clans, and as a solution to this, many of them just create alternate accounts to partake in other clans, which I believe is silly.
This is how I propose that the 'Division' tab COULD work:
- Like the 'Clan' tab works, a group would be able to buy a 'Division' for your clan with a certain amount of Robux.
-- The amount of 'Divisions' a clan can have should not be limited to only 1, as many clans have multiple divisions.
- A 'Division' would have a regular group page like a group has, but would be linked to the group it belongs to through the 'Division' tab.
- To join a 'Division', you must be part of the group the 'Division' belongs to.
-- For example, should you want to join The First Encounter Assault Recon's 'Division' called Military Police, you would have to be a member of The First Encounter Assault Recon.
These are other ideas I think should be introduced to 'Divisions', should ROBLOX decide to implement it into their currently existing group feature:
- Make 'Division' permissions, like the permissions groups have.
-- Each different rank in the 'Division' has different permissions, for example, in an Elite 'Division', you would have the regular 'Elite Division' member(s), the 'Elite Division' raid leader(s), the 'Elite Division' manager(s) and the leader and owner of the group the 'Division' belongs to. Each of these would have different permissions, the raid leader could have the permission to shout, the manager could have permission to send 'Division' invitations to members of the group the 'Division' belongs to, while the owner of the group the 'Division' belongs to would have all permissions. These permissions would all be editable, like they are for regular groups, through a 'Division' configuration menu.
--- Not necessarily like the regular group permissions, for example, I introduced a 'Division' invitation permission within this suggestion.
Please post a supportive reply if you agree, post a reply if you have anything else you'd like to see added, or you think I missed.
