Mario Balotelli will turn down any move unless it's to a big club in Italy, which is very unlikely at this stage. Fiorentina were reportedly interested, but I believe there won't be an official bid for Liverpool's low evaluation of him, which is considerably cheap. Bologna and Sampdoria are interested, but Sampdoria's initial offer is to take Balotelli on loan, with LFC paying wages, but with an option to buy next summer. Bologna on the other hand have not had any actual contact with Liverpool, or Balotelli's agent yet. if Balotelli does stay, he'll most likely be out the door in January.

I'd think if I were Balotelli, I'd want to get out as quick as I can. Literally no playing time in sight with the likes of Benteke, Sturridge(coming back in October), and Ings.

I feel that it's well within his comfort zone and that he's not a good fit for Liverpool, on or off the field

I don't think he has any interest in France.

I'd be surprised it he stays honestly. He was left behind for Liverpool's preseason trips to the Far East and more recently to Finland. I'd go to Sampdoria if I were him. They've been making some really good signings and could challenge for a UEFA CL spot.
