By the power of Congress, Congress may repeal (remove) any of these orders as so fit. EO3 will be put into effect as soon as released by the President.

ZT1: Crosswalk laws
- Automobile must slow to atleast 15 MPH before Driving over a crosswalk
(Violators will be arrested for Reckless Driving)
- Pedestrians are to use a crosswalk at all times to cross the street
(Violators will be arrested for Jay-Walking or misdemeanor)
- LE are allowed to cross the street to stop criminal activity and or act as a crossing guard.
- Parking on crosswalks, and on sidewalks is illegal
(Violators will be arrested for a misdemeanor)
- Walking in the street with out a cross walk is illegal
(Violators will be arrested for Jay-Walking or misdemeanor)
