--History--
ROBLOX needs to end spam, and I have a suggestion that might work.
So basically, if you didn't know, spamming on ROBLOX is when somebody rapidly posts comments that are unrelated to where it is supposed to come from. The harm this does is the fact that people do it to get more place visits, increase sales on copied clothing in the catalog, and sometimes even stealing accounts.
--Solution--
So I thought of a way to end this (or at least decrease it by 70%).
Basically, these will need to be added on.
-Increased comment time on different games (now it is 1 minute) to something like 10 minutes
-Make copy and pasting comments not possible
-For an hour after the comment, change the system so that the same account can't comment the same thing on a different game (even with spaces between a word or anything else that'll prevent blocking the comment)
Basically add a couple restrictions to the commenting system.
--Conclusion--
Spamming is harming roblox, and the only way to stop this is to add restrictions to the commenting system. If you do not support this thread, please back up your answer before you say "no support".

I don't think spam will ever be able to get removed. There will always be spammers and trollers on the internet. |

Though as you said, I think it'd be smart for ROBLOX to increase the time of commenting, and what you said about copy and pasting. |

I'm pretty sure it's impossible to remove copying and pasting in the comments.

Even if they do stop copy/pasting then a lot of inconveniences would occur, also people can just type exactly what they said without copying or pasting. |

I'd think it should be like 1-3 comments per day, seriously who goes around game-jumping trying to be as obnoxious as possible?

This will work on amateurs, not pros.
A ton of people who spam messages about there game or trades use bots.
So support but it won't do much

Don't think it'll work. People are desperate enough that they'll make a ton of alts and nothing will get solved. As much as I like your idea, I don't see it working. |
