How about they make comments required to be approved by Roblox? It's not hard to spot a spam. They can just make a check box that makes it true or false if they want to mute them temporarily, and then they can delete the post. Other posts can be accepted simply. 1-2 buttons required to be clicked. That hard?

It would be like the thumbs up thumbs down system, you can't vote unless you've played. It would also cut down on comment bots that link you to suspicious websites that steal your account and turn it into a comment bot. Support 100%
