It doesn't matter what stage it's being played on.
I'm sure quite a few of the SF's hockey fans remember Don Sanderson's death and how much it was publicized, particularily in Canada. Being an amateur player in a very unknown league, he was playing on a significantly smaller stage than Dmitri Uchaykin (the Russian player who died in Kazakhstan's top league). |
