Introduction:
When we have people interpreting laws that will change us for months or even years, they should be role models who respect the structure of our nation and follow the law.
In this case, Justice RyanRevan is not the person who should hold one of the nation's highest honors. The past has shown him harming our very own Department of Justice, and that should be held against him.

Section I - Motion of Impeachment:
1. As shown with the evidence in Section II of this document, RyanRevan is shown stating "Me and Jcmand are resigning. We're done with the Dev Corruption.", and then proceeds to place 12 people under Suspended.
2. If passed by the House of Representatives, Justice RyanRevan will both be formally asked by the House of Representatives to resign from his position as a Supreme Court Justice, and formally impeached.
3. If passed by the House of Represenatives, the Senate will be asked to conduct a formal investigation against Justice RyanRevan, and hold a trial against him.
4. If a trial against Justice RyanRevan is scheduled, the Speaker of the House will select 2 additional Congressmen to serve as prosecutors in the case against Justice RyanRevan.

1. Damaging government property with an intent to slow down or stop operations through Admin-Attacking the Department of Justice group.

Conclusion:
Justice RyanRevan will be formally impeached if a majority of the House of Representatives votes to do the stated action.
Justice RyanRevan will be formally convicted if the above action happens, and the Senate has a 2/3 Super-majority vote to convict after a trial occurs. If convicted, he will be barred from serving in Public Positions as stated by law. |

because obviously before an official resigns they never do last minute things they couldnt do before.
i was a rank able to suspend people in the doj and i did. that isnt a crime. i suspended people who did actions that warrant suspension.

So Ryan, your excuse for suspending all those people (who shouldn't have been suspended) is that your rank has that ability? That isn't an excuse.
You shouted saying you're resigning, so you should have left the group, not start attacking it.
Anything you do beyond you officially resigning is considered an attack since when you resign, you RESIGN aka you are no longer employed in that position, therefore you are to not touch other ranks and do anything within the group you're resigning from. |

In my perspective, if you go rogue one time (even within a sister department like DoJ) then you shouldn't be accepted back and should be barred from such position; it's time one of our most corrupt and abusive justices gets punished. You know, you really should just resign if the American people don't like you and think you're abusive, don't fight it...
But hey, I woudn't get surprised if your justice buddies nullified this impeachment and that's fine, we'll just impeach every justice who ayed it for Judicial Misconduct (nullifying a perfectly good and legal impeachment). |
