So you are gonna re-form the 20 people that have a position?
They most likely not gonna want to try to get their position back and we will probably be left with less people. We need to focus on trying to get them active not kicking them out of their jobs. I am trying to help the department and I have been helping I've just been keeping quiet. Me stating my opinion can help, just saying a lot of these plans you have aren't the best. The system will be good in the future once we have writers and stuff like that. Just saying.

Re-forming isn't gonna help because then they aren't going to want to try to get their position back. We will probably be left with less people. We need to focus of getting people to want to participate and be active in RNP. Not kick them out of their jobs. I have been helping the department, I have just been keeping quiet. My opinion will also help RNP. Your ideas aren't exactly the best, but the system idea I like, but that is for when we actually have writers in RNP. Just stating some facts and also my opinion.

First off, You plan to have writers write stories. Who's going to write them? W have no writers, if you haven't realized...
Secondly, You have very little experience... well, you have been bod.... for like a week... A lot of experience? I think not.
Wait, Lets talk about game shows. The governor of Rockport doesn't want game shows. You wanna stay on his good side, he has a little say in if RNP get an ally building in Rockport. Having one tiny place in the mall isn't considered an ally building.
Third, Do you even care about RNP? I mean, I know other candidates who do care.
I don't want someone might not even care about RNP having this high position.

Listen, if you want to talk to me please don't spam this forum and message me privately I feel like some other things I have coming will help this department in a way that it is needed. I know some people deserve it, and their the ones that stay. Re-forms are not removing EVERYONE it is removing a group of people that do not do anything.
